Scenic Cruises has put more than $4m into upgrading its recently acquired Russian riverboat, renamed Scenic Tsar. The vessel will offer spacious accommodations, satellite television, balconies with 93% of the staterooms and suites, a wellness area, gym, sauna and two bars.
