'Robust and informative while also being fun and engaging' - Vicki Freed
Royal Caribbean International's entirely new online travel agent training program offers a highly visual, interactive and mobile-friendly approach to learning.

Via Royal Caribbean University (RCU) agents can earn a 'degree' in adventure and an enhanced lineup of rewards.

RCU also delivers up-to-date information about itineraries, features, services and tools.

'Learning has evolved, and we have designed RCU to offer up education in a way that is robust and informative while also being fun and engaging,' said Vicki Freed, svp sales, trade support and service, Royal Caribbean International.

Highlights of the newly designed program include simplified navigation throughout, quick tips and highlights, continuous knowledge opportunities and bold imagery.

Presented in a format that is engaging and succinct, RCU’s course curriculum consists of three tracks: Campus Tour, Bachelor of Adventure and Master of Adventure. The micro-learning segments take agents through every aspect of a Royal Caribbean vacation, including the soon-to-be 25-ship fleet, dining, accommodations, entertainment, accessible programming and destinations.

After graduating the bachelor and master levels, agents become eligible to receive a variety of rewards such as Cruise Lines International Association credits, a Passport to Savings booklet, on-board credit, complimentary VOOM Wi-Fi and opportunities to attend Seminars at Sea, even Symphony of the Seas' inaugural sailing in 2018.
