AIDA Cruises launches its March 2017 to April 2018 brochure early next month under the title: Holiday the new way. During the period, AIDA will offer cruises to 70 countries on six continents. The twelve ships in the AIDA fleet will set course for more than 215 ports around the world on 130 different routes.

AIDA's first generation ships AIDAaura, AIDAcara and AIDAvita feature in the AIDA Selection program, characterized by routes to new regions and exclusive ports with immersive shorex. The entertainment program and menus will showcase the local culture an cuisine of the destinations visited.

AIDAcara will undertake the line's first world cruise from Hamburg on October 17, 2017, visiting 41 ports in 23 countries in 116 days before returning on February 10, 2018.

From Hamburg, AIDAcara will set course for South America calling at Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires and Ushuaia in Tierra del Fuego, Valparaiso (Chile) and the Easter Islands. The cruise then continues to Tahiti, Mo’orea and Bora Bora in French Polynesia and onto Auckland, Sydney, The Great Barrier Reef, Bali, Singapore and the Maldives. The world cruise starts at €11,995.00 per person for an  inside cabin and early booking discount.

Mauritius, Seychelles & Madagascar feature on AIDAaura's 14 day ex-Port Louis sailing between November 2017 and February 2018.

Since the end of April 2016, AIDAprima has been deployed year-round in Hamburg offering weekly round trips to Europe's cities. This program will continue through to October 2017. In November 2016, the sports weather deck will be transformed into a winter world.

From November 2017, AIDAprima will sail in the Canaries and Madeira out of Las Palmas (Gran Canaria) and Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Tenerife) with calls to Madeira, Fuerteventura and Lanzarote.

AIDAprima's sister ship AIDAperla joins the fleet in September 2017, offering weekly Med routes: two out of Palma de Mallorca and Barcelona. On these cruises, AIDAperla will visit the island of Corsica, Florence/Livorno and Rome/Civitavecchia in addition to Mallorca and Barcelona.  Another option includes Florence/Livorno, Rome/ Civitavecchia and an overnight in Marseille.

From May 20, 2017 AIDAbella will sail from Palma de Mallorca and Barcelona and in September offering a new 10/11 day cruise between Palma de Mallorca and Venice, also calling at Cagliari/Sardinia, Palermo/Sicily, Valetta/Malta, Corfu and Croatia (Dubrovnik & Split).

From October 22, 2017 AIDAbella will cast off on two 7-day and one 10-day Adriatic cruise from Venice before heading for Bangkok in November via Dubai. For the winter 2017/18 season, the Thai capital will be AIDAbella's homeport for 14-day Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore cruises.

After the end of the the current Southeast Asia season, AIDAbella will travel from Shanghai back to Europe in the coming spring via Dubia and throuhg the Suez Canal.
