AmaWaterways deploys Versonix Seaware
AmaWaterways, operator of a fleet of 21 river vessels in Europe, Asia and Africa, has implemented the Versonix Seaware global reservation and revenue management system for all sailings from Jan. 1, 2016.

'We are very pleased to start benefiting from the flexibility and capabilities of the Versonix Seaware system,' said Walter Littlejohn, vp reservations for AmaWaterways. 'We have an unrivaled dedication to our travel agency partners and the sophisticated and robust Seaware reservation platform will allow us to greatly enhance the level of service we provide to retailers.'

Travel agents will see immediate benefits by using the online booking engine on the company's travel agent portal, Littlejohn said. They can book and and modify individual and group reservations 24/7, helping them to sell cruises and earn more commission.

With Versonix’ assistance, AmaWaterways was able to implement Seaware in just three months from contract signing, which Littlejohn called remarkable, considering the complexity of the business.

'Versonix is very delighted to see that AmaWaterways realizes the great benefits of Seaware immediately after deploying,' said Yuri Polissky, chief operating officer of Versonix.
