American Cruise Lines' new American Constitution is set to make its inaugural sailing on April 18. This Chesapeake Bay cruise has a new 'American Revolution' itinerary and features fresh Maryland crab dishes. (The Bay is known as the 'Blue Crab Capital of the World.')

Sailing round-trip from Baltimore, this 10-night-cruise visits Norfolk, Williamsburg, Yorktown and Mount Vernon, Virginia; Cambridge, St. Michaels, Annapolis and Chestertown, Maryland; and Washington, DC.

American Constitution will carry Revolutionary War experts, historians, authors and reenactors to bring the rich history of this region to life. Tours, lectures and presentations will illuminate the monuments, cities and lore that shaped the nation.

American Constitution is the sister of 2017's American Constellation, which has moved to the West Coast to operate the line's Pacific Northwest itineraries in 2018.
