Walker is a dual Canadian-British citizen, originally from Toronto and living in Europe since 2010.
He is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and has 15 years’ experience in hospitality and tourism, including a decade planning meetings and events in countries across North America and Europe.
He has been actively involved in several industry associations, including more recently Meeting Professionals International (MPI), as part of the global team delivering events for its members.
Walker also served on the Green Meetings Industry Council (GMIC) global board of directors for three years and he is a an experienced cruiser.
Walker will assist the continued development of CLIA's executive partner program and related events, reporting to Bo Larsen, svp strategic partnerships.
