Another milestone for Vicki Freed (and perks for agents)

Four years ago, she started 'Vicki's Tips,' a daily series of motivational and practical tips for agents.

Here's one: 'We've all had both good and bad experiences over the phone. One basic rule I always follow when my phone rings is to speak with a smile in my voice. And I always remind my team to answer calls with a smile in their voice as well. It may be a small thing, but it's the little things that make all the difference.'

A thousand tips

This week marked the 1,000th tip from Vicki.

Through July 3, agents signed up for Vicki's Tips will receive her top five favorite tips.

Contest for up to $1,000 in prizes

In addition, a contest will award agents up to $1,000 in prizes. To enter for a chance to win, travel professionals need only share with Freed which of her tips helped them the most and why—whether her advice helped close a sale, improve morale in the office or made them proud to be a travel professional.

Entries must be submitted by July 6.
