Boutique cruise ship’s 2016/17 New Zealand season
Island Escape Cruises has released the 2016/17 New Zealand season for its 24-passenger Island Passage.

The 498gt boutique ship, designed to carry a six-seater helicopter on her top deck, will make six-night cruises between Auckland and the Bay of Islands from November through December.

She will then head south to the World Heritage Fiordland National Park where she will offer eight-night round trip packages from Queenstown during January, February and March next year.

Passengers will visit Nancy, Charles, Caswell, George, Bligh and Milford Sounds and the town of Te Anau on the eastern shore of Lake Te Anau.

Fares for the six-night Auckland/Bay of Islands and Bay of Islands/Auckland voyages cost from NZ$3,950 per person twin-share.

The eight-night round trip packages from Queenstown to Fiordland National Park   cost from NZ$5,950 per person twin-share.

Wine, spirits and beer, as well as coffee, tea and soft drinks, are included in the fares, with substantial earlybird savings for new bookings confirmed by April 30.
