He will have responsibility for expanding Carnival Corp. & plc's growth and scale in Asia, supporting the company’s global development initiatives.
Mario Zanetti, currently svp revenue management & itinerary planning for Costa Cruises, has been promoted to president of Carnival China.
Both appointments are effective on May 1.
