The new spaces are being installed during a 17-day docking at Grand Bahama Shipyard that's due to wrap on Jan. 21.
Several new cabin categories include 260-square-foot Scenic Ocean View staterooms and 320-square-foot Scenic Grand Ocean View accommodations. The new Captain’s Suites, each 820 square feet, offer a large extended balcony, two full-size bathrooms, separate sleeping quarters and a large living room.
Among the new food and beverage features are a Guy’s Burger Joint, a free-of-charge poolside spot developed with chef and restaurateur Guy Fieri, and BlueIguana Cantina, a complimentary poolside taco and burrito bar.
New poolside watering holes include the RedFrog Rum Bar and BlueIguana Tequila Bar.
Also new, Bonsai Sushi Express provides a casual spot for sushi, sashimi, rolls and more.
Plus, Carnival Victory's deli is being completely renovated with an updated design and new menu choices, including seven sandwiches such as meatball, buffalo chicken and The Cubano, along with Southwest chicken, falafel and turkey wraps.
And the ship is also gaining a Cherry on Top shop selling bulk candy, gifts, novelties and colorful custom apparel.
