Apple Woo is heading up Asia sales and marketing for Celebrity Cruises
Celebrity Cruises has appointed Apple Woo as new dedicated head of sales and marketing for the Asia region.

An experienced hospitality industry professional, Woo joins the Singapore-based Asia team of Celebrity Cruises with immediate effect, reporting to Jo Rzymowska, recently appointed vp and managing director, Asia for the cruise brand.

Rzymowska added responsibility for Asia to her UK and Ireland remit for the global business at the end of 2016.

Charged with building awareness and to attract more internationally-travelling holidaymakers, Woo brings extensive sales and marketing experience from other luxury hospitality brands such as Jumeirah and Mandarin Oriental.

She has also worked throughout South East Asia and in Dubai, and adds strong knowledge of those regions to the Celebrity Cruises Asia team.

'We have seen success in marketing to affluent travellers throughout Asia, and the appointment of Apple Woo underlines our commitment to further increase our investment and activities,' said Rzymowska.

Celebrity Cruises is operating two ships – Celebrity Millennium and Celebrity Constellation – in Southeast Asia until April 2017, with Celebrity Millennium returning to the region in September 2017, and Celebrity Constellation in January 2018.
