Dondra Ritzenthaler - new and exciting tools to educate, motivate and help travel partners sell Celebrity
Celebrity Cruises is revitalizing its Five Star Academy for travel partners with a new design and content inspired by the senses. The goal is to immerse users in the 'tastes and smells, sights, sounds, and the touch and feel' of the modern luxury brand.

Celebrity said the Five Star Academy will provide tools to ensure agents have everything they need to showcase the new 'Celebrity Distinction' brand messaging.

The line promises engaging and experiential video modules that bring the product to life. Interative features include 'Find the Hidden X’s' brand pop-ups and the 'Journey Beyond Five Star,' a series of elective courses covering subjects from presentation skills to social media marketing.

'We work incredibly close with our travel partners to deliver new and exciting tools that will educate, motivate and help them sell our brand,' said Dondra Ritzenthaler, svp sales, trade support & service.

More than 15,000 agents have become Five Star Academy graduates, and with the revitalized educational program, that number will significantly increase, said Keith Lane, vp field sales and national ccounts, North America. He invited agents to join the Academy and said those who have graduated can take a condensed re-certification course.

The Five Star Academy will go live Aug. 15 and can be accessed by logging on to www.cruisingpower.com and selecting the Training and Benefits tab, Training and Certification - Celebrity Cruises, then Celebrity Five Star Academy.
