Lisa Lutoff-Perlo - 'The largest investment the brand has ever made'
Celebrity Cruises plans to pour $400m into modernizing its entire fleet between 2019 and 2023. It's called the 'Celebrity Revolution.'

'This is the largest investment the brand has ever made, and it's for all guests,' Celebrity president and CEO Lisa Lutoff-Perlo said.

The ships will be getting some features of newbuild Celebrity Edge, coming in 2018.

Staterooms will be reconfigured to optimize storage and efficiency. A new cashmere mattresses and bedding collection will be introduced.

'We're not just redesigning the staterooms, we're tearing them down and building them back up,' said Brian Abel, VP hotel operations. He described their new design by Hirsch Bedner Associates as 'sleek, contemporary and comfortable.'

Suite guests will get a new Retreat Sun Deck, promised to 'rival any high-end resort.' And the revitalized Retreat Lounge will be a place for suite guests to go for complimentary beverages, gourmet bites and live entertainment.

A refreshed Oceanview Cafe will mimic an international marketplace with globally influenced menus and a 'sleeker, more whimsical ambiance,' exclusively on Celebrity Constellation, Celebrity Infinity, Celebrity Millennium and Celebrity Summit.
