‘This itinerary extension is part of our strategy to further develop and expand our activities in Greece beyond the summer season and a response to growing demand for our Aegean cruises,’ said Celestyal Cruises ceo Kerry Anastassiadis.
Meanwhile the company’s Majesty is returning to Celestyal after concluding her long charter to Thomson Cruises (recently renamed Marella Cruises) and will sail approximately one month of 3- and 4-day Aegean cruises, from end March 2018. Thomson Majesty did not rebrand to Marella as the ship leaves the fleet at the end of this month.
‘Celestyal Majesty is ready to take our passengers to the heart of the Aegean after having delighted Thomson passengers for years,’ said Anastassiadis.
‘At 207mtr long and with just over 700 cabins spread over six decks, she’s perfect for the small, sparkling Aegean harbours at which we call,’ he added.
