Nominations may be submitted by all 2018 CLIA individual agent members, travel agency members, the CLIA Trade Relations Committee and CLIA STARBoard members.
Awards will be given in three categories.
Elite Cruise Counselor of the Year goes to an individual agent member who has demonstrated commitment to professional development through achievement of Elite Cruise Counsellor or Elite Cruise Counsellor Scholar status and significantly impacted the travel agent landscape through contributions to their agency.
Travel Agency Innovator is for a CLIA travel agency member who has demonstrated innovation in their approach to promoting cruise travel and increasing sales.
Lifetime Achievement Award is for an individual from any aspect of the cruise industry who is an advocate for cruise travel and has made remarkable positive contributions to the cruise industry.
Nominees chosen for induction will be honored at a gala event on April 19 at CLIA’s Cruise360 conference. Cruise360 will be held April 18-23 at the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center.
