Conference sessions will be held on-board Regal Princess and Norwegian Getaway and include destination Robin West, expedition team leader for Seabourn, and Peter Kollar, head of international training & development at CLIA.
Stuart Leven, vp EMEA and managing director RCL Cruises Ltd and chair of CLIA UK & Ireland and Kyriakos Anastassiadis, ceo of Celestyal Cruises and chair of CLIA Europe) will also be speakers.
The inaugural European event will be held in Copenhagen on September 9-11, 2017 and will also feature agents learning and selling skills programmes.
