Crystal Esprit's Adriatic has intimate ports, combinable cruises

Crystal Esprit's Adriatic has intimate ports, combinable cruises
Months after its maiden voyage through the Seychelles this winter, Crystal Yacht Cruises’ Crystal Esprit will spend the spring, summer and fall cruising Adriatic locales.

Seven-day voyages aboard the 62-passenger yacht can be combined to create expanded vacations without repeating ports. From the end of March through October, more than 30 itineraries will feature a number of destinations that can be visited only by smaller vessels.

Crystal said Esprit will focus on active experiences, offering new perspectives on currently favored destinations visited by the larger Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity.

Among the destinations is Piran, Slovenia, with a beautifully preserved Old Town and meandering walkways between seafood restaurants. Kotor, Montenegro, is set in a striking fjord, while Limassol, Cyprus, has Byzantine castles, Venetian walls and conflicting Greek and Turkish influences. At Kaş, Turkey, divers can explore centuries-old shipwrecks.

All-inclusive cruise fares for Crystal Esprit’s Mediterranean/Adriatic coast voyages start at $3,920 when booked by Oct. 30. Itineraries through the beginning of 2018 are at www.crystalyachtcruises.com.
