Crystal Serenity theme sailings include jazz, microbrews, wellness, golf
Two consecutive Crystal Serenity cruises from New Orleans are designated 'Experiences of Discovery,' one with jazz performances and a Wine & Food Festival forcused on microwbrews. The other has a Mind, Body & Spirit theme and a golf focus.

The 14-day warm-weather itineraries in November and December both begin with overnight stays in New Orleans.

The Nov. 22 cruise is presented by Jazzdagen Tours and features nearly a dozen musicians who will give multiple shows daily in the lounges and nightclubs around the ship. The concurrent craft beers and microbrews theme brings expert Stephen Beaumont to lead tasting sessions that highlight the nuances of production, flavor and styles.

The itinerary includes Playa del Carmen, Cozumel, Grand Cayman, Ocho Rios, San Juan, St. Barts, St. Kitts and Key West.

The Dec. 6 New Orleans to Miami voyage carries author and wellness expert Dr. Barbara Udell, who will share insights into aging healthfully, stress management and general wellness. Leading the separate golf aspect of the cruise is PGA pro John Clark, who will give group classes in technique, with individual instruction available, too.

The cruise visits Grand Cayman, Ocho Rios, Curaçao, Martinique, St. Barts, Guadeloupe and Grand Turk.

Through June 30, 'Book Now' value fares start at $4,925 and $3,800 per person, for the respective sailings.
