Notable among the itineraries are new seven-day voyages, at least two overnight stays on most sailings and visits to some of the region’s oldest and most fascinating riverside villages.
Crystal Debussy will sail along the Rhine and Moselle rivers between Amsterdam and Basel, visiting locales in Germany and Switzerland. Cruises include 'Tulips & Windmills,' seven nights, round-trip Amsterdam. The itinerary is bookended with overnights in Amsterdam and destinations are Rotterdam (overnight), Ghent, Antwerp and Middelburg.
'Splendors of the Rhine,' 10 days, from Amsterdam (overnight) goes to Cologne, Koblenz (overnight), Rudesheim, Speyer, Kehl, Breisach and Basel (overnight). 'Legendary Rhine,' seven days, embarks at Basel and sails to Kehl, Karlsruhe, Mannheim, Rudesheim (overnight), Koblenz (overnight), Cologne (overnight) and Amsterdam (overnight).
Crystal Ravel will offer varied itineraries along the Rhine, Moselle, Main and Danube rivers, embarking from Vienna, Budapest and Basel and visiting destinations in Germany, Austria, Hungary, Slovakia and Switzerland.
'Majestic Europe (Eastbound),' 14 days, begins in Basel (overnight) and sails to Kehl, Speyer, Koblenz, Rudesheim, Miltenberg, Wertheim, Wurzburg, Bamberg, Nuremberg, Deggendorf, Passau (overnight), Melk, Krems and Vienna (overnight).
'Majestic Europe (Westbound),' 14 days, starts at Vienna (overnight) and visits Dürnstein, Melk, Passau (overnight), Deggendorf, Regensburg, Nuremburg, Bamberg, Wurzburg, Miltenburg, Koblenz, Speyer, Kehl and Basel (overnight).
'Danube Serenade (Southbound),' seven days, begins with an overnight in Vienna then goes to Krems, Linz, Melk, Bratislava and Budapest (overnight). The northbound version, also seven days, reverses the ports.
The two vessels will bring Crystal’s 135-meter Rhine-class river yachts to four, including Crystal Bach and Crystal Mahler. The larger Crystal Mozart completes the fleet.
