Fully funded marketing promotions
Dream Vacations spends more than $2m to fully fund marketing promotions that drive franchisees' sales, at no cost to them. The company also caps its royalty fee, so franchise owners can earn 100% of their earned commissions.
As well, Dream Vacations said it awards more than six figures in bonuses above and beyond the normal commissions earned to travel agent franchisees at different sales levels.
Dream Vacations claimed an 89% retention rate in 2017, while a survey found 95% of franchise owners would recommend Dream Vacations to others.
Travel agents with at least $100,000 in commissionable sales are eligible to join starting at $495, with a signing incentive of a free cabin at the 2018 national conference where they can network and develop relationships with cruise line and resort executives, and share best practices with other top-producing Dream Vacations franchise owners.
