Royal Caribbean International canceled Radiance of the Seas' April 6 cruise, an 11-night Australia sailing, for repairs to the ship's Azipod propulsion system.

An issue is currently impacting the ship's speed and its ability to deliver future scheduled cruises.

Royal Caribbean said Radiance of the Seas' guest services are fully operational, and there is no impact to the maneuverability of the ship or its safety as Radiance returns to Sydney from its current Queensland coastal cruise.

Repairs will take place from April 6-17.

Passengers are being informed and will be provided with a full refund as well as a 100% future cruise credit.
