Cox comes to Crystal following four years with Costa Cruises in Genoa, where he developed numerous production shows geared toward international audiences. Prior to this, with major US-based cruise lines including Norwegian, he implemented a wide variety of entertainment programs.
Reporting directly to Christian Sauleau, svp operations and total guest satisfaction, Cox will be based in Crystal’s Miami branch office.
He succeeds Bret Bullock, Crystal's long-time vp entertainment, who left in January.
