As always, shore excursions will be a key topic of the Florida-Caribbean Cruise Association's annual conference and trade show, with a workshop devoted to this important area.

The event is scheduled for Sept. 26-30 in Puerto Rico.

The shore excursion workshop will be moderated by Mico Cascais, vp tour operations, Carnival Cruise Line. Panelists include Christine Manjencic, vp destination services operations, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings; Tom Anderson, director, global excursions product evelopment, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd.; Arnaldo Zanonato, senior manager, port adventures, Disney Cruise Line; Lisa Jensen, manager, shore excursions, Holland America Group; and Valentina Pietropaolo, manager, shore excursions, MSC Cruises USA.
