The Relais & Châteaux restaurant will be called La Dame, serving elegant French food featuring locally sourced ingredients and wine pairings.
Kabuki will serve Japanese cuisine, with sushi and sashimi among the daytime menu offerings and teppanyaki at night. Indochine has a menu of contemporary pan-Asian dishes.
The new Silver Note will provide an intimate, elegant setting with exceptional acoustics that pays tribute to Manhattan's iconic jazz clubs. Musicians will perform while tapas-style dishes are served.
These venues join the earlier announced Hot Rocks, where diners select their own meat, fish and vegetables to cook at their tabletop 400 degrees C. lava stone; La Terrazza for fine Italian cuisine and indoor/outdoor seating; the poolside pizzeria Regina Margherita and the seafood restaurant Atlantide.
