From Bagan to a Bedouin camp, Azamara introduces overnight land adventures
Azamara Club Cruises' new Overnight Adventures provide immersive two- and three-day land excursions mid-voyage to destinations like Myanmar's ancient temples of Bagan and Oman's desert where participants stay in a resplendent Bedouin tent.

The program includes transportation, lodging and meals. Expert guides lead each adventure.

From Yangon, Myanmar, a two-day expedition reveals Asia's richest archaeological site, Bagan, home to 3,000 ancient pagodas, temples and monuments spread over 26 square miles.

A visit to Nazareth, Galilee and Jerusalem retraces the life of Christ and explores the world’s holiest city. Participants will travel to the River Jordan, imagine hearing Christ’s famous sermon at the Mount of Beatitudes and visit the ruins of a synagogue where he preached. The second day is spent in Jerusalem's Old City.

Another program combines two of Italy’s most architecturally rich and art-filled cities, Venice and Florence.

And on an Oman adventure participants first visit lagoons, waterfalls and seaside retreats before heading to a Bedouin camp in the desert for an evening of dancing and traditional barbecue. The overnight accommodation is in a Bedouin tent.
