The second ship in Dream Cruises' fleet also built by Meyer Werft, the 18-deck, 151,300gt ship with capacity of over 3,400 passenger is targetted at local and international source markets with new itineraries to Vietnam and the Philippines.

World Dream left Meyer Wert's covered building dock on August 26, 2017. Before passing through the river Ems towards the North Sea mid-September for its sea trials, the ship will act as a backdrop for the NDR 2 Papenburg Festival on September 9.

Itineraries include 6-day/5-night cruises to Manila and Boracay in the Philippines from mid-November to end March 2018 alternating with 6-day/5-night journeys to Ho Chi Minh and Nha Trang in Vietnam from December 3, 2017 to October 14, 2018 aimed at both local and international guests.
Sister ship Genting Dream, meanwhile, will be deployed at new homeport in Singapore with new itineraries to North Bali and Surabaya in Indonesia, as well as Kuala Lumpur and Penang in Malaysia and Phuket in Thailand.
Dream Palace, the signature, exclusive ship-within-a-ship experience, which features on both ships, will feature additional suites exclusively for World Dream.
All Dream Palace guests will enjoy a European-style butler service from Dream Cruises’ sister brand Crystal Cruises.
The all-inclusive experience also features a host of complimentary privileges including set menu meals in all Dream Palace outlets, set meal credit in five specialty restaurants, premium beverage package and city shuttle transfers.

Two new restaurants include an upscale steakhouse and a seafood concept featuring a fresh seafood market display counter.
Luxury shops and boutiques include jewellers Tiffany & Co. plus a bazaar concept bringing the hustle and bustle of street market shopping to World Dream.
Leisure and entertainment options will be further boosted with a new outdoor plaza in the pool area, indoor virtual reality and game area with state-of-the-art Vesaro car racing simulators, a laser show which enhances the fireworks display at sea first offered by Genting Dream, and new stage extravaganza, Sogno®.
