And a polar bear on top?
January will see Hapag-Lloyd Cruises launch an extensive road show to present its new expedition vessels Hanseatic Nature and Hanseatic Inspiration.

Sixteen presentations are scheduled over four months in 13 cities throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland. First stop: Vienna, on Jan. 11, for the Ferien Messe Wien trade fair. Some road show presentations are timed to local travel trade fairs, while others will be held independently, targeting both travel agents and prospective passengers.

Hapag-Lloyd Cruises has commissioned a specially designed and equipped show truck providing 100 square metres of floor space and capacity for up to 60 people at a time. The truck's exterior sports images of Hapag-Lloyd's new fleet members.

Inside, Hapag-Lloyd will present images of its new expedition ships and scenes travelers can experiene on an expedition cruise. The focus is on the flora and fauna of the Arctic, Antarctica and the Amazon.

Agent training will be held in each city, according to Carsten Sühring, head of sales, Hapag-Lloyd Cruises.
