Hapag-Lloyd Cruises is expanding its vegetarian and vegan menus engaging with top chef Michael Hoffmann who has developed an exclusive range of dishes for the luxury ship, inspired by his own vegetarian cuisine.

The former ceo and proprietor of Michelin-starred Margaux restaurant in Berlin, Hoffman has worked alongside Europa 2’s own chef de cuisine to create over 80 diverse dishes across the vessel's seven restaurants, including in the main Weltmeere restaurant, sushi bar and French, Mediterranean and Asian specialty restaurants.

There is also a changing menu of vegetarian dishes served at lunchtime and in the evenings at the Yacht Club, the buffet-style restaurant on board.
