Consultant Luis de Carvalho addressed various subjects including the need to create awareness about cruise tourism in the province, establishing a work plan, creating business opportunities, and promoting training/education.

He stressed the importance to restaurants, bars and shops about adapting to the requirements of visiting cruise passengers.

de Carvalho highlighted the variety of excursions on offer in the region as well as the proximity of Seville. He called for concerted efforts to create more shorex and the need  to train tour guides with good language skills.
