Kevin O’Sullivan re-elected chairman of Cruise New Zealand

Kevin O’Sullivan, regional harbourmaster and maritime manager for Environment Southland, one of New Zealand’s most spectacular cruise areas covering all the Sounds in Fiordland, Foveaux Strait and Stewart Island, was re-elected chairman at Cruise New Zealand’s third annual conference in Auckland on Friday.

Debbie Summers, executive director of inbound travel agency and cruise line ground handler IDNZ, stood down as deputy chairman and was replaced by Leigh Robins, manager marine and cruise operations at Ports of Auckland.
 
The remainder of the 2015/16 CNZ board are Craig Harris (md ISS-McKay), Jason Hill (manager tourism of Auckland Tourism, Events and Economic Development), Tony Petrie (md Renaissance Tours), Ian McNabb (ce Port Marlborough), Peter Brown (commercial manager Port Otago) and Rhys Arrowsmith (gm Tourism Bay of Plenty).
 
Tourism New Zealand’s trade marketing manager, Tansy Tompkins, is its representative on the board and Raewyn Tan is Cruise New Zealand's gm.
