‘The master classes will provide insights, tips and techniques for agents to enhance their cruise sales skills,’ CLIA Australasia md Joel Katz said.
The master classes will cover selling river cruises, how to match clients with the right product, driving loyalty, upselling luxury and expedition cruises and maximising sales during CLIA Australasia’s Plan a Cruise Month.
Katz also announced that Silversea Cruises' Monaco-based Roberto Martinoli will join the impressive lineup of speakers. Martinoli, a board member of Silversea since 2013, was appointed ceo in September last year.
A full programme for CLIA Australasia’s fourth Cruise360, which will be held at the Hyatt Regency Sydney, is due to be released at the end of this month.
