MedCruise to celebrate its 20 year anniversary in Odessa
The 48th MedCruise General Assembly takes place on Odessa between June 22-25, 2016.

Celestyal Cruises' George Koumpenas, Costa Cruises' Federico Bartoli,  Holland America Group's Bruce Krumrine, MSC Cruises' Luigi Pastena and Susanna Illiano, Ponant's Marc Berberian, Royal Caribbean's Adam Sharp and Alessandro Carollo and Silversea's Spyros Almpertis, are attending the event and will be joining over 100 participants from MedCruise members across the Med and its adjoining seas to celebate the Association's 20th anniversary as well as participate in  conference sessions, networking, b2b meetings and social programme.

It will be Port of Dubrovnik's Kristijan Pavić first GA as president of MedCruise.

A meeting early in 1996 between Mata Maritime Authority's Joe Grioli and Genoa Port Authority's Fabio Capocaccia sowed the seeds for the formation of MedCruise which was founded in Rome in June 11, 1996.

Founding members comprised Barcelona, Civitavecchia, Corsica, Cyprus Ports, Genoa, Livorno, Monaco, Piraues, Tarragona, Tunis, Valletta, Venice, Volos.

Today, MedCruise boasts 72 port members and 32 associates.
