In announcing the appointment, Trimline chairman Gary Oliver said of Coleburn, ‘he has demonstrated his strength in operational and financial leadership. We are confident that he will have a significant influence in taking the company to the next level through his strategic direction.’
Colebourn said he is ‘proud to take on this key role for a company with such a strong heritage and reputation for quality in the industry,' adding, ‘we have looked at our culture and what “Operational Excellence” means to Trimline and have put further measures in place to ensure that we not only meet but exceed our customer’s expectations always.
‘We now have a stronger foundation on which to grow on our record year of £38m last year and further our already strong position in the marketplace,’ he remarked.
Recent cruise ship refurbishment work concluded by Trimline includes Pacific Explorer, Seabourn Odyssey and TUI Discovery 2.
