On Thursday Carnival Pride will miss Half Moon Cay and Carnival Valor will skip Grand Turk with Joaquin strengthening into a major hurricane as it moves toward the central Bahamas. In another change, Norwegian Getaway will skip Nassau on Friday.

Carnival Pride is on a week-long cruise from Baltimore that sailed Sunday, while Carnival Valor is on a seven-day cruise that departed Port Canaveral on Saturday. Norwegian Getaway sailed Saturday from Miami.
