'Of note, travel agents are very excited about our new EZ Groups programs, enhancements to MSC Book, our newbuilds debuting in 2017, and how we continue to find ways to make MSC Cruises the easy and profitable cruise line to do business with,' Muskat said.

Seventeen 'Serving You' road shows were scheduled this year, and most filled within days of their announcement. Besides Miami and Baltimore, events have been held in cities including Atlanta, Tampa, Salem (New Hampshire) and New York. In coming weeks, shows will be held in Hartford (Connecticut) and Chicago.
