Cruises start with two or three days in Havana
MSC Cruises introduced a second ship, the recently fully refurbished MSC Armonia, to homeport in Havana alongside MSC Opera. On Monday MSC Armonia made its first call at Havana on the final leg of a 'grand voyage' from Genoa.

The expanded deployment means travelers can now cruise from and to Cuba year-round with MSC.

MSC Cruises has been offering cruises from Cuba since 2015. They're marketed in Europe, Canada and elsewhere outside the US. The line sails from Havana and calls at Isla de la Juventud. Cruises start with two or three days in Havana, giving time to fully experience the city.

Both MSC Armonia and MSC Opera recently underwent complete upgrades as part of the company’s €200m Renaissance Program. They added balcony cabins, dining choices and new entertainment spaces, and enlarged the MSC Aurea Spa.
