MSC Seaview will be coming a few days later than planned

MSC Seaview is nearing completion at Fincantieri's Monfalcone shipyard, however MSC Cruises said a few more days will be needed for final outfitting.

First cruise June 10

As a result the delivery is now set for June 4, and the short cruise originally planned for June 7-10 is canceled. MSC Cruises plans to show off the ship at a festive June 9 inaugural in Genoa.

MSC Seaview will welcome its first guests for the scheduled June 10 sailing, departing as planned from Genoa.

Follows sister Seaside by just six months

The 154,000gt MSC Seaview follows sister MSC Seaside by just six months.

The new ship will operate its inaugural season in the Mediterranean with an itinerary featuring Genoa, Naples, Messina, Valletta, Barcelona and Marseille.

Brazil for the 2018/19 southern summer

Following that, MSC Seaview will deploy to Brazil and the southern hemisphere for austral summer 2018/19 with an itinerary that includes Santos, Ilha Grande, Buzios, Porto Belo and Camboriu.
