Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line hired two Norwegian Cruise Line sales veterans for its Deerfield Beach, Florida, headquarters. Francis Riley joins as SVP sales and Clark Reber as director of partner relations.

TravelTek experience

Riley oversees the sales team and handles the company’s international business development and customer satisfaction. Prior to Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line, he served as SVP sales for the Americas at Traveltek, Ltd. Earlier, during seven years at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, his ultimate role was SVP international sales, marketing and operations.

During Riley’s time at Traveltek, he built brand awareness, executed media plans and formed a new sales team that resulted in a significant increase in sales, according to Oneil Khosa, CEO of Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line. The combination of his experience, trade relationships and leadership make him an ideal fit for the company's next stage of growth, Khosa added.

Travel agency focus

Reber will act as the primary contact point for all current and prospective partnerships, focused on developing Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line's travel agency business. He earlier spent 26 years at Norwegian Cruise Line, most recently as director of the independent travel professional channel from 2016 to 2017.

Khosa said Reber’s strong leadership and people skills were evident during his tenure at Norwegian, adding that his winning attitude and personality are assets that will enhance Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line's partner relations as the company provides innovative experiences to the market.
