New Costa site enables travelers to personalize their cruise

New Costa site enables travelers to personalize their cruise
Passengers booked to sail with Costa Cruises can go to the new www.mycosta.com to personalize their trip, from booking shore excursions to wine or beverage packages and beauty and wellness treatments. Ordering photographs, videos and Costa logo merchandise is possible, too.

Other options include a happy birthday package with cake and sparkling wine and, for kids, the experience of being a princess or a captain for a day.

Booked activities are updated in the passenger's online agenda. Reservations for excursions can be changed at the site up to four days before departure.

Charges for services and activities booked via MyCosta appear on passenger accounts to be settled at the end of the cruise.

The MyCruise area of the site provides web check-in, cruise ticket or embarkation forms to download and print and Bag Express service to send luggage from home. It’s also possible to activate a discount to be applied to the next cruise for bookings made at the premium or higher level.

MyCosta is available in Italian, English, Spanish, German, French and Portuguese and is optimized for display on any type of device, from PC to tablet to smartphone.
