Led by former NCL executive Crane Gladding (inset), the company has grown to a fleet of seven luxury motor coaches
FloridaTours.com, a luxury transportation and bus charter company serving South Florida, added two new motor coaches to its fleet of seven.

Founded by Crane Gladding, former SVP revenue management and passenger services at Norwegian Cruise Line, the company is also celebrating its second year in business. Operations began in fall 2015 with one employee and now there are 25 full-time team members.

'We’ve grown steadily since welcoming our first passengers two years ago, and transported approximately 50,000 guests in the past year,' said Gladding, president and founder. 'These two new state-of-the-art motor coaches nicely round out our current fleet of seven coaches and three executive mini-buses, providing a sophisticated ride for those high-end clients who want to transport their guests in luxury and style.'

Each of the two matching MCI J4500 motor coaches has a spiral entrance stairway with ergonomic grab rails, lumbar-support seating for up to 60 passengers, exceptional legroom and theater-style tiered seating in the first three rows for better views. Other features include Wi-Fi, LED lighting, satellite television, a large lavatory and a built-in HDMI station for corporate presentations and videos.

An electronic stability program provides a smoother ride and the driver has an ergonomic cockpit with a 360-degree camera system giving full surround view and enhanced low speed visibility.

FloridaTours.com specializes in large groups and caters to cruise lines, travel agents, event planners, corporations and others. The company also customizes tours for groups of 20 or more, such as an Everglades exploration, Miami city and cultural excursion and a day of shopping and attractions in Naples, Florida. A dedicated tour concierge is on board for the entire trip.

Gladding founded the company after seeing the need for a customer-focused transportation provider in South Florida. He is leveraging his many years as a cruise line executive and understands the needs of travel agents, having been one himself at National Leisure Group, now known as World Travel Holdings.
