Grand Salon upgraded
Seabourn Odyssey’s Grand Salon has also been upgraded with the addition of new LED screens, a redesigned stage and updated theatrical lighting to enhance the entertainment experience.
The updated Tim Rice production, narrated by the Emmy/Grammy/Oscar/Tony Award-winning lyricist himself, highlights his best known work, from 'Jesus Christ Superstar' to 'The Lion King,' with new unseen footage and graphic design.
The show 'That’s Life' captures a bygone era through the sounds of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Bobby Darin and others, featuring big band arrangements.
In 'A Stroke of Genius,' masterpieces come to life as Seabourn's artists tell the story behind the frame through music, song and dance, delving into works from Monet and Picasso to Van Gogh and Warhol.
'Viva Italia' provides a stylish adventure through Italian culture. From film to fashion, literature to opera, this sophisticated performance combines contemporary and classical music, in English and Italian.
'Latin Quarter' features the style and rhythm of Latin American music, with the beats of well-known artists such as Gloria Estefan and Pete Rodriguez. This dynamic production showcases Seabourn's specialist dance couple performing the cha-cha, rhumba and salsa.
Seabourn Sojourn and Seabourn Quest
Similar entertainment and Grand Salon upgrades are scheduled to be introduced on Seabourn Sojourn in July 2019 and Seabourn Quest in May 2020.
