The 10-day Valparaíso to Callao stint includes a complimentary excursion to see Peru's Nazca Lines from the air, plus boat excursions to the Ballestas Islands to spot cormorants, blue-footed boobies, terns, pelicans and Humboldt penguins. An optional overnight experience in the Atacama Desert is offered, too.

Further voyages include Callao to Panama City, 14 days, that includes four new destinations for Silversea: Puerto Quepos, gateway to wildlife-rich Manuel Antonio National Park; Golfo Dulce, Costa Rica's wonderland of biodiversity; Isla de Coiba, Panama's prison turned paradise island; and Panama City. Passengers can take a river journey through the Darién Jungle.

Panama City to Puerto Quetzal, 12 days, focuses on Central America's nature, history and indigenous peoples. Nicaragua and El Salvador are among the lesser-visited destinations.
