Princess Cruises' 2020 Canada/New England season introduces Sky Princess on the route, joined by OceanMedallion-enabled Caribbean Princess. For a second year, Greenland will spice up the program.

The season mirrors 2019 in offering 16 departures, visiting 16 destinations on five itineraries, ranging from five to 16 days. Included are a few summer sailings.

Round-trip New York

Sky Princess's maiden Canada/New England season consists of seven-day cruises round-trip from New York, visiting Newport, Boston, Bar Harbor, Saint John (Bay of Fundy) and Halifax.

A five-day 'Canadian Atlantic Provinces Getaway' from New York is also being offered aboard Sky Princess, visiting Saint John and Halifax.

Greenland on Caribbean Princess

For the second season in a row, Caribbean Princess will sail to Greenland round-trip from New York. The 16-day voyage visits Greenland's capital and its largest city, Nuuk, as well as Nanortalik and Qaqortoq. Other stops are Halifax, Sydney on Cape Breton Island and St. John’s, Newfoundland.

Caribbean Princess will also operate the 10-day 'Classic Canada & New England' voyages between Québec City and New York, featuring overnight stays in Québec on every voyage. Other calls include Newport, Boston, Portland, Saint John, Halifax, Sydney, Charlottetown and Saguenay.

In addition, Caribbean Princess offers a pair of 13-day 'Canada & Colonial America' cruises, repositioning the ship from Fort Lauderdale to Québec and back. Ports are Sydney, Halifax, Saint John, Bar Harbor Boston, Newport, New York and Charleston (northbound) or Norfolk (southbound).

Land add-ons

Two cruise-tours are available, one focusing on US history and the other on eastern Canada.

'Historic America' visits key places as Thomas Jefferson's Monticello estate, Colonial Williamsburg, Independence Hall in Philadelphia and the Gettysburg Battlefield. 'Maple Explorer' features Niagara Falls, Canada's capital of Ottawa and French-flavored Montréal, along with a cruise through the picturesque Thousand Islands.
