Nathan Hickman - new program facilitates a customized cruise for every affinity group
Norwegian Cruise Line's new affinity group program for the North American market gives more choices to allow greater customization based on the type of group booked, and a very attractive tour conductor policy.

Effective for bookings beginning Dec. 1 for sailings Jan. 1 and beyond, the program offers strong guaranteed amenities for the life of the group, along with highly flexible amenity options and a tour conductor policy that rewards travel partners for genuine affinity groups.

The new program facilitates a customized cruise for every affinity group and results from travel partners' feedback, according to Nathan Hickman, vp of field sales for Norwegian.

It offers three customizable guaranteed amenity options for groups of seven to 199 staterooms.

Options include a tour conductor policy of two free berths for every 14 paid travelers or one free berth for every 14 paid travelers plus the choice of an Ultimate Beverage Package or pre-paid service charges for the first and second person in each stateroom.

The third option gives one free berth for every 14 paid travelers plus two choices from these amenities per stateroom: a 250-minute Internet package, $50 per port shore excursion credit, a 20-image photo package, $75 on-board credit, $75 fundraiser credit, $75 bonus commission, group cocktail party or up to a four-day Specialty Dining Package.
