The BE.YOU fitness programme is based on individual requirements and focuses on the basic elements of health-oriented training, combined with healthy nutrition.
The fitness concept starts with an analysis of physical performance and is individually adapted to the results.
The objective is to improve endurance and fitness and, by extension, overall well-being.
Höfl-Riesch, who developed the programme on the basis of her own experiences, will be on board for six selected cruises in 2017/18 to provide group sessions with her trainers.
