Piraeus welcomes Seven Seas Explorer's first call as cruise growth continues
Piraeus Port Authority welcomed the maiden call of Regent Cruises' Seven Seas Explorer on Wednesday with a plaque presented to Capt. Vasta Rosario Giovanni and books for the ship's library.

On hand were officials including general secretaries from the Greece Ministry of Shipping, the mayor of Piraeus, the administrative director of the Piraeus Port Authority and the harbor master.

October cruise calls at Piraeus continue the 15% to 20% growth rate since the start of the year.
