P&O passengers seriously injured in fatal Port Vila bus crash
P&O Cruises Australia has coordinated the medical evacuation of Pacific Dawn passengers who were injured in Monday’s fatal bus crash in Port Vila, the capital of Vanuatu.

It is understood that three children are among 10 Australian passengers who have been airlifted to hospitals in Noumea and Brisbane following the head-on smash of their tour bus with a second bus that reportedly killed three Port Vila locals.

The passengers from Pacific Dawn, which sailed from Brisbane on June 14 on a 12-day ‘Pacific Explorer’ round cruise, were returning to the ship from a shore excursion to the Ekasup Cultural Village.
