If passengers find the same excursion elsewhere at a lower price, they will receive 110% of the difference in the form of nonrefundable on-board credit.

'We find our guests rate their overall cruise vacation experience higher when they take our shore excursions because we handle every detail for them so they can easily explore the world and take home lifelong memories of the places they visit.'
Princess is announcing the guarantee through pre-cruise e-mails and on Princess.com. It is available to passengers who book their excursions before the cruise. If they find an equivalent shore excursion at a lower price, the request can be submitted at least seven days prior to the sailing date to [email protected] for review.
Within two business days, passengers will be notified if their request meets the Best Price Guarantee criteria.
The guarantee applies only to excursions that are advertised with pricing, and publicly available. The offer does not apply to Asia, Southeast Asia and Japan ports, or to private vehicle and driver excursions in ports worldwide.
Carnival Cruise Line introduced its best price guarantee for excursions in 2014.
