Group reinstatement is a new feature on Espresso
The ability to search for connecting staterooms and to reinstate and reschedule groups are among new features of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd.'s enhanced Espresso online reservations tool for travel agents.

Espresso can be used for booking Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Club Cruises.

Thanks to the enhancements agents arranging vacations for families can now quickly narrow their search for connecting staterooms and identify categories.

Plus, eDocs, including luggage tags, can be accessed, downloaded and sent to clients within minutes.

For travelers making back-to-back bookings agents are now able to retrieve and service their clients all online with features to make payments, manage invoices, arrange dining and more.

Reinstating groups and even individual bookings within a group or changing ships and departure dates for group reservations can now be completed conveniently online.

And the ability to view and allocate payments to a group reservation’s value-added perks via Espresso enables agents to easily arrange optional services and amenities.

More new features are expected to roll out this year.

As before, agents using mobile-friendly Espresso have a side-by-side comparison of individual and group pricing and availability, interactive deck plans and in-depth client profiles.
