RCL's Goldstein nets $14m in share sales

Adam Goldstein sold 120,000 shares in a week when RCL stock hit an all-time high
Adam Goldstein, president and chief operating officer, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., sold 120,000 shares of common stock over a two-day period for a total price of more than $14m.

RCL broke $120 for the first time on Aug. 1 when Royal Caribbean reported a higher than expected second quarter profit and raised its outlook for the year. On Friday shares hit an all-time high of $120.96 in trading.

Goldstein sold 60,000 shares in multiple trades on Aug. 2 at a weighted average price of $117.24 and 60,000 shares in multiple trades on Aug. 3 at a weighted average price of $119.19.

According to a filing, he still directly owns 322,504 RCL shares.
